Dedicated to the memory of Mei Phing Lee. She represented her schools in the field & track events, was in the state level debate team and president of the Jr Jaycees Club b4 she was 17. Obtained her PhD in Biotech & inaugurated by the King of Msia as a Young Officer of the Reserve Army Unit at 27. She lived life to the fullest & was a Post Doc with UIUC at the time of her demise. Tho’ she's gone, her positive spirit remains with us & will be cherished & loved forever.
Aunty Girly passed away early Monday morning. Her funeral service is on Friday June 20. I’m flying in on Thursday morning for her wake and funeral. There is a complication though. Uncle Boo Eng is recovering from a broken leg in the hospital and has yet to be informed about aunty Girly. I feel so sad for him.
