Dedicated to the memory of Mei Phing Lee. She represented her schools in the field & track events, was in the state level debate team and president of the Jr Jaycees Club b4 she was 17. Obtained her PhD in Biotech & inaugurated by the King of Msia as a Young Officer of the Reserve Army Unit at 27. She lived life to the fullest & was a Post Doc with UIUC at the time of her demise. Tho’ she's gone, her positive spirit remains with us & will be cherished & loved forever.
I wanted a low key, no fuss birthday as I was feeling not particularly sociable. I was thinking a lot about you though. As it turned out, I went out with a couple of friends and had my fill of junk food! Next weekend, I’ll be back in KL to see everyone and play with my garden. But most of all, I miss you very much.
